Returns and Exchanges

Sale items, special offers, and past season are FINAL SALE
Current season sale items and items that are purchased through special offers and coupons are eligible for size exchange ONLY, based on availability. by mail or in one of our retail locations.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees both ways.

For Current Season/ Full-Priced Merchandise                                                                                              

We want you to be completely happy with your Rebecca order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed merchandise for up to 5 days from the time of delivery date arrival for a full refund or up to 10 days for online web credit/gift card. 

Used merchandise is not acceptable for return. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as it was received with the vendor packaging and tags included. Proof of purchase must be provided, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice in order for a reimbursement of the full purchase.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees both ways.

**All returns will have a restocking fee of $8.00. Returns over $300 will incur a 5% restocking fee instead of the standard $8.00. We allow ONLY ONE return submission per order number. All merchandise returned not in the proper manner will be subjected to a $10.00 fee for each item and either returned to the customer at their expense or donated to charity. 


Returning or Exchanging Merchandise by Mail  

Return within 5 days of delivery for a full refund, and within 10 days for store credit. Proof of purchase is required. 

*** We do not make any exchanges. if you would like to exchange an item, return your first purchase and place a separate order for second item.

Returns in store: We currently do not accept returns in-store. Exchange only. 

In store policy: the customer has 5 days to receive store credit or exchange. NO money back 

Past season items are Final Sale and cannot be returned in-store.

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for online order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 10:00 AM (EST). Orders you place with Rebecca late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges will be added to orders shipping to Canada. Orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days when ordered before 10:00 AM (EST).


* When sending back your Rebecca purchase back for return or exchange we recommend that you use a traceable shipper such as UPS. Rebecca is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
